Sandeep Kautish Google Scholar - The Road to an Educational and Professional Journey

Since his childhood, DR Sandeeep Kautish has been an outperformer in his work. Commencing with the tier two city of Rajasthan, Ajmer, he passed his schooling and college with exemplary records and a bunch of academic accolades. Later, in 2004 he started his professional career as an academician which wasn't incidental or coerced but totally by choice. For 16 long years, he delivered his services at a multitude of locations such as Jaipur, Chandigarh, Dehradun to the current location of Nepal. He mastered the foundation of academics at the ICFAI University, Hyderabad in three years ie. 2006-2009. Interestingly he has always preferred taking the road over the expressways which did hinder his pace but he believes that the absence of shortcuts incorporated discipline in his life.

Teaching vs Corporate ladder

In today's world where IT professionals have their eyes on offers from big software multinationals such as Microsoft and TCS, he walked on the road less travelled by to reach his teaching destination. His predilection towards studies motivated him to serve endlessly as a full-time teacher and become an active part of the community. Moreover, due to family members sharing the same profession, this career choice came very naturally to him. He immensely believes that education is the "key" that can unlock future generation's true potential.

Inspiration and idol

We all have an idol in our lives whom we look up to in our difficult times and so did Dr Sandeep Kautish. Although it seems surprising that a man who has achieved the pinnacle of success in life also needs a person to rely upon. Dr Sandeep Kautish Google Scholar has his father's back. He is his source of motivation. Inspired by his father's strong work ethics and values he always seeks to inculcate them. He firmly believes that his competence, dedication and willingness help associate his goals with self-awareness and change.

Striking the balance

Engaged in two work modes ie. teacher and academician he aspires to give his best in whatever he does. He feels that self-realization and experimentation defy the misconception that a person cannot perform academic administration while carrying out research and publication projects. He has claimed that on one hand, he likes to teach courses such as Business Analytics, Information Systems and on the other he has also published many research works at top research venues ie. Springer and Elsevier journals. Lastly, advancing to an academic administrative position was a step ahead for him after years of successful teaching.

Downfalls and setbacks

The glory and accomplishments that you see did not come easy to him. Many things happened backstage that produced the best results on stage for him. He doesn't hesitate to tell that he has had many failures in his life. Just like any other CS aspirant, he was very keen to make a career in civil services after graduation but unfortunately, he couldn't pass through. Not only this, but he also selected the wrong organization to work for. However, now he understands that one failure cannot define us and all that matters is our constant efforts and trials as he remembers Carlton Fisk who said "It's not what you achieve, it's what you overcome, that's what defines your career."

His definition of success

His mantra of success is "If you are not willing to work for it, don't complain about not having it." All in all, he doesn't have any room for regrets in life and feels satisfied with the way he is at the moment.
